The progress of Iran depends on the scientific development and scientific potential of educated people in this country. Undoubtedly, the scientific development of Iran requires the provision of scientific infrastructures in the branches and tendencies of different sciences.
Obviously, in a situation where the people who are educated in terms of science, education, and research, as well as the ability to analyze the micro and macro issues of the country, have the ability and quality, they decide in a more precise and reliable manner in different situations, and with the far proper thinking in different fields will lead the country to safe and sustainable conditions.
Therefore, in the first stage, scientific and research views should be properly developed and, in the later stages, the knowledge and experience acquired with the new educational and research methods should be taught to the future generation, in order to make the country more scientifically.
Now, we are holding the fourth International conference combinatorics, cryptography, computer science and computing on 20 and 21 November 2019 at Iran University of Science and Technology in order to provide the opportunity to present the latest research achievements and scientific findings and exchange views of professors, researchers and researchers in the field of graph theory, combinatorics, discrete mathematics and coding and take an effective step in transferring the knowledge, experiences and solutions of the expert scholars to other people.
In this regard, we invite all professors, students, researchers to present papers and participate in this conference, in order to provide a forum for reflection and exchange of science and experience through their participation in the conference.
